CALGARY, AB. – Local designer Holly Allen owner of Chichi Couture ™ has just completed a successful launch of her first clothing collection at Fashion Has No Borders March 21st and closing night March 27th at Alberta Fashion Week. Ms. Allen an accomplished jewelry designer for Holly Allen Jewellery™ presented “Evolution” and “Eclectic Couture” a layered ready to wear line for every woman. “My demographic is 35 – 55 years of age. Women in this group find that their shape is changing and are unable to find clothing that is flattering and fashionable”, says Allen.

Jeanne Beker chose to wear pieces from the collection designed for the FHNB event on March 21st over two designer outfits she had brought to the event. “I love this outfit!” said Beker. “It looks great on the body, hiding the tummy, great lines and the fabric is so comfortable it is perfect for travelling.” To complete her look Allen designed a black south sea shell pearl and crystal necklace set that she presented to Beker as a birthday gift.
