Throwback to the glamour of the thirties with Adhesif Clothing! The re-worked, eco-friendly collection contrasts vintage tweed and plaid with leather detailing.
“There are a lot more dresses in this collection,” says Melissa Ferreira, designer of Adhesif Clothing, who translated her inspiration from the culture of the thirties into body skimming, sheath-like silhouettes.
“This season is all about monochromatic colour schemes like black and white,” says Melissa. “I love colour so I also used a lot of nude, burgundy, and varying tones of yellow.”
Look for a draping effect in the Diamond Daze Dress ($320) and the Cooper Trails Coat ($528), fabricated in a combination of melton wool, vintage tweed, recycled leather, and high quality recycled wool sweaters.
“I must say, I absolutely love the Bing Bolero,” Melissa says excitedly! “This is a real statement piece and so much fun to wear over other favourites. It’s a double breasted vest with vintage buttons, plaid suiting, and edgy leather detailing.” Finish the look with jewellery by Dina Gonzalez!
